Woot! That did it! Connect the "Load C" pin to GND pin will get the LPC1114 programmed at 115200 baud via FlashMagic successfully!

Thanks for the answer. Attached is the image. I drew the red line to the Load C hole/pin. You are talking about that pin, correct? I just got one and can't find documentation on C6, R1, R2, & R3, that is, their values. The schematic on the Coridium site does not help and is very old.
