Re: Pre-processor error

For some reason the pointer to the BASIC libraries is not getting set by the installer, still looking into why

But you can set it manually in the Tools menu, and that setting will be remembered. They are in your user/documents/coridium/BASIClib directory

Re: Pre-processor error

OK I did duplicate it on a "virgin" system, looking into it now.

Can you compile the Blinky.bas example (under Tools)

Re: Pre-processor error

Trying to duplicate your error, but have not been able to yet.

What version of Windows?

Is it running in 64 bit mode?

Re: Callback clarificaton

as typed you are missing a ' half-qoute for the comment -- I see it is a typo in the help file

Re: NXP Drivers

The driver is supplied by Microsoft for USB serial drivers for most USB serial emulators these days.

Re: embedded FUNCTION/SUB

nested FUNCTION or SUB are NOT allowed in BASIC, not sure I have ever seen that in any BASIC

Labels within FUNCTION/SUB are local to that FUNCTION/SUB. That is the way symbols are handled.

Re: USB vs. UART communication

The serial interface is defined as a byte 0..255 interface or -1 when no byte is available

Yes you can send any byte to the ARM, but BASICtools does some filtering on input characters. You should use TclTerm or something similar to send binary bytes.

Re: USB vs. UART communication

works like the ARMstamp, RXD(0) gets input from the USB serial port when it is the debug port.

Re: MakeItC_v12_3 - issue3?

OK installed on a virgin Win10 system, and I could duplicate the errors.tmp issue.

Fixed and new installer https://www.coridium.us/files/setupC.exe uploaded.
