They use a high number port for outgoing email. I forget which one.
I suppose they don;t want viruses to do mass mailings.

where the port is specified with a colon. Not much of a change would be
required on your end, I suppose and it won\'t break anything.
Another product encountered this sort of problem. Their solution is to mail
to the OEM\'s email server (like your company) which forwards. This, in some
respects is an interesting idea because, you could make a product that
emails someone and you don;t have to setup the email server. Some sort of
authentication/wierdness is built into the forwarding. I don;t know what
it is.
