LCD interfacing

We did a demo using one of SParkFuns LCD shields for the Arduino as mounted on a SuperPRO

It give a simple pong demo --

As for what LCD or touchscreens are available. There are vendors like New Haven Displays that have a stable and growing product line. But you can also find end runs of LCDs available at SparkFun or AdaFruit. These are fine for the hobbyist, but you might find it difficult to replace when the supply runs out; so they are not suitable for a product.
