USB dongle for both ARMweb and PRO

Its possible to add connectors to a PRO family dongle so that it can be used
with the ARMweb.
Basically it requires 2 added 4 pin female headers added to the bottom side of
the board (might be easier to remove the 6 pin receptacle and reinstall it
later).
