firm up problems

for us to use the super pro+ 1756 we run it through firm up first, firm up does not seem to be working correctly, it usually downloads then rewrites some sectors and you can watch the status but now it is giving me errors that some punctuation marks are missing and the firm up is incomplete?

Which version of firmware are you trying to use?
