The terminal strip has spacing for standard 3.5mm parts such as-
Weidmuller 996778
OnShore ED555
Phoenix Contact 1984714
Buchannon 1-796414-2
Molex 39357-0012
and many others.
It might be available at larger Radio Shacks
I can cheat as they are available an Fry's in the Silicon Valley or
various electronic supply stores, or in Reno Sandy's carries these.
Or you can order them from Digikey, Mouser, Newark or Allied.
