The terminal strip has spacing for standard 3.5mm parts such as-

Weidmuller 996778
OnShore ED555

and many others.

It might be available at larger Radio Shacks
I can cheat as they are available an Fry's in the Silicon Valley or
various electronic supply stores, or in Reno Sandy's carries these.

Or you can order them from Digikey, Mouser, Newark or Allied.

The board was designed to use a 3.5mm screw terminal block

The OnShore ED555/12 is the one we have used.

But you could also use other 3.5mm connectors, search Digikey for 3.5mm

Right angle connectors can also be plugged into the 0.1" proto area.
