VREFP on SuperPRO or PROplus rev 7

The attached file shows the how to disconnect VREFP from 3.3V analog supply. The AREF pin is the Arduino pin 8 in the upper left corner.
I haven't tried this, and make sure you bypass that connection. Let me know how it works for you.
