They will both be $49 (I don't have a picture of the LPC4078, I sent that board to a prospective customer).

The 32KHz crystal is installed on the board. Right now we run off the internal 12 MHz IRC, but that 32 KHz Xtal is available for the RTC.

LPC54102 has not had all the examples ported to it, and may not for a while.
But here is an updated blinky.bas that adds the definition of LED_PIN for LPC54102, or LPC5402 -- I wish NXP had kept 3 or 4 digit numbers
