Working on porting BASIC to LPC54005

Post by basicchip »

One of our OEM customers needed higher performance. We chose an LPC54005 which runs all code from internal RAM at 180 MHz and no wait states. Code is stored in Serial Flash, and gives the user room to store MBs of data.

For our own use we have been developing LCD drive software in BASIC. These Arduino Uno Display boards support display, touch screen and SDcard.

We've got the SD card interface running in BASIC for open, read and write, and we can read BMP files and display them on the TFT.

Looking good ! ..wondered what you'd been up to.

I tried converting an Arduino.ino to BASIC but it was past my learning curve.
What driver chips have you programmed for?
'
Looking forward to the possible Kickstarter!! - maybe a 'proto' version??
