LPC824 - ESP8266

This is a continuation of a g-job (a term from HP days meaning something using HP resources for your personal use, back then it was encouraged)...
After chasing down a broken board, I was able to read a test webpage from the ESP8266 - LPC824 combination.
I'll post the code a little later, but some good progress on a rain/snow Christmas eve...
