BASIC for Teensy 3.0/3.1

We are always watching the market for good value products, and we think the Teensy3.1 is one.

So we have a version of BASIC that is running on the 3.0 and 3.1 versions, frankly the 3.0 one is being replaced, but we can do either.

We'll be posting a beta version of that in the next few days, just need to work out a new installer and some fine tuning of the download in BASICtools, which is a bit different than our products. As the Teensy is doing its own USB interface, when your program crashes it disappears from the PC.

So are you going to be selling the Teensy3.1 with basic installed, or just the Basic code? It looks a winner to me...

No we are not going to sell Teensy boards.

Right now we are looking at the app model, that you can download the compiler for Teensy for educational/hobbyist use for $5. And we will offer commercial licenses for probably 100, 1000 and unlimited units.
