Frequency output

You probably won't be able to see a VOLTAGE difference of a 20 microsecond pulse
on your meter varying between 5 and 440 Hz. If the meter measures FREQUENCY it
may see that.

Also I don't see your conversion of Frequency to cycle time (unless its just a
naming error of your variable)

Cyclctime = 1000000/OFreq ' in microseconds

This will work for the problem as you state it, but DEBUGIN will wait until
input comes in, potentially forever. You will peobably eventually want to use
RXD0 to test for input (it returns -1 if nothing available)

The CycleTime in Microseconds instead of HZ was my problem.
