Updating FTDI drivers

I just went through removing failing FTDI drivers. Simply removing
files is incorrect and can lead to frustration. Files, folders and
the registry are involved.

Better, get FTClean.zip from http://www.FTDIChip.com . Unplug your
USB adapters and run FTClean.exe. Let it remove all FTDI devices,
then reboot and reinstall the current drivers (CDM v2.0.0, I think)
before reconnecting the adapters.
