DINkit Ethernet exit security mode

I am not able to exit security mode on my Din Kit. the docs say "...When enabled
and the user program is running, the only way to make changes is to physically
hold the push-button on the ARMweb during power up, which returns to the factory
defaults (including erasing the program and any files in the ftp space)..."
Which button do I hold down? I tried holding down the BOOT button, I tried
holding down the RESET button, and I tried holding down both but no joy. I have
both the ethernet and USB dongles attached.

2 ways to do it, probably the easiest is to just rewrite the firmware. The
other way is there is a via in upper right between the labels R18 and R19, short
that to GND.
